| I participated in this design project for nine months during the hybrid powertrain design and component selection period. My participation consisted of attending meetings, soliciting for donations, and assisting in the rewiring and testing of an automotive powertrain dynamometer. On this project we learned and worked with Matlab, National Instruments Data acquisition equipment and LabVIEW, and circuit design software PSpice. Four team-members, including myself, were selected to travel to Austin, TX to attend 4 days of intensive training from Motorola, GM, and National Instruments. |
